Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before contacting us.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories included
- You must have a proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not as described, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
For defective or damaged items, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement at your choice. You will not need to return the defective item in most cases.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contacto@albevo.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
5. Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:
- Check your PayPal account again
- Contact your bank or card issuer
- If you still have not received it, contact us at contacto@albevo.com
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, contact us at contacto@albevo.com.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at contacto@albevo.com if you need to cancel.
