Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add the product you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more) for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing contacto@albevo.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible.

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after that. Total estimated time: 4–7 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website. You can also visit our Track Order page for more details.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — all processed securely. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a card at checkout.

Is it safe to shop on Albevo?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your payment details on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at contacto@albevo.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
