Track Your Order

We know you’re excited for your order to arrive. Here’s everything you need to know about tracking your package.

Step 1 — Find your tracking number

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Step 2 — Track your package

Use your tracking number on any of the following carrier websites:

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of your order (1–2 days processing + 3–5 days shipping). If your estimated delivery window has passed and your package has not arrived, please see below.

Order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us right away:

Include your order number and full name and we will investigate with the carrier immediately. If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Can’t find your confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at contacto@albevo.com with your full name and we’ll resend your tracking information.
