At Albevo, we want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or international addresses at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 3–5 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us at contacto@albevo.com. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Wrong Address

Please verify your address before submitting your order. Albevo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
